The bone-in Tomahawk Ribeye is one of the most impressive cuts you can get! Each of these extra-thick ribeye steaks is ~36oz of 14 day dry-aged perfection. These specialty cuts feature a French-trimmed long bone which enhances both its flavor and presentation. We are passionate about raising high-quality cattle, and these steaks are guaranteed to create a memorable eating experience. Grass-finishing gives our cattle ample time to develop generous amounts of marbling, which elevates the eating experience of our beef. Over time, the breed marbles naturally and abundantly, for flavor that is extraordinarily rich and complex.
