The Half Beef is our most popular family package. This could be your only beef purchase for a year! Can you imagine not needing to shop for beef at the grocery store for a whole year? This package is a minimum of 180lbs of beef and requires 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space.
In addition to the assorted chophouse quality steaks (including those Tomahawk Steaks!), savory roasts, and our signature custom blend premium ground beef that comes in our smaller packages, our Half Beef also includes a ~10lb whole brisket. Talk about backyard grilling!
